Chicken Soup

Serves 6

Just because I look like a man doesn’t mean I should smell like one – and she

takes a dip into the pond.

Ingredients

1 lemongrass, crushed and chopped

1 ginger knob

2 cloves of garlic

1 tbsp chicken fat

250 grams of chicken breast cubes

1 large carrot chopped

1 celery stick chopped

1 green and red chili chopped

Soy Sauce

Cilantro and spring onions

Method

In a stockpot, add a bit of chicken fat, fry the chicken breast.

Add the spicy one after another until a rich fragrance develops about 2

minutes.

Add enough stock and allows it to simmer until the liquid is just beautiful.

Add the soy sauce and stir, leave for 2.

Serve with a sprinkle of chopped cilantro and spring onions.
