Classic Steak and Eggs keto

There’s really no prep in this recipe besides slicing an avocado. After heating

butter in two skillets, you fry eight eggs and a steak at the same time. Unless

you have a really big skillet, you’ll likely be cooking the eggs four at a time.

For seasoning, it’s just good ol’ salt and pepper. The avocado slices on the

side add some freshness and healthy fat to start your day.


8 eggs

16-ounces sirloin steak

4 tablespoons butter

1 ripe avocado

Salt and pepper to taste


1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet.

2. Fry eggs 4 at a time until the edges are crispy.

3. While the second batch of eggs are cooking, cook the sirloin in

another skillet (with the other 2 tablespoons of butter) until it’s at

least 160-degrees.

4. Season eggs and steak well with salt and pepper.

5. Serve with slices of avocado.
